When you feel anxious, 1)stop and acknowledge that you feel anxious. Next, 2) name what you fear in that moment. 3)Finally, allow that feeling to "lift" above you, rise and peak, until it slowly dissolves. It seems counterintuitive, but when you name your fear and allow yourself to feel it, it can resolve quicker than trying to push it away.
